Donald W. Burt, Jr., MD

Donald W. Burt, Jr., MD“I wanted to work in a field of medicine that embraced all members of the family. After investigating many different specialties, I found an affection for solving ear, nose and throat problems. I am extremely pleased with my choice. I love getting to know people and their families. It helps that I practice in a smaller community where I see many of my patients and colleagues out in the general community and during service activities.”

A Doctor Who Really Listens

“I listen to my patients until they are done speaking, then ask relevant questions to aid in diagnosis. I believe in teamwork with patients, discussing their treatment options and gaining their agreement on treatment plans. I also believe in caring for patients when they need me. That’s why we keep a few appointments open every day. If someone is ill, they should not have to wait for care. My staff and I are always available to answer questions, too. We believe in giving patients the most advanced, most personalized care available.”
